  • Birte Viermann and Carolin Gerke continue offering 20 minute relaxation sessions to relieve shopping stress. You can find us in Mayersche Buchhandlung, Kennedyplatz, Essen, on the 2nd Saturday of each month - so your next chance is on Saturday, Mar 8th, 13-20h.
  • Lecture "Being myself. The Grinberg Method as a way towards individuality and personal freedom." Friday, Mar 28th, 19 h, Studio for Bodywork.
  • Workshop "A First Step into Bodywork". Mar 29th/30th, Studio for Bodywork. Both activities will be given by Vered Manasse, a licensed teacher of the Grinberg Method from Berlin.
